ISQM 1 Dashboard

The ISQM 1 Dashboard manages your firm's quality management system at practice level — separate from individual engagement quality (which is handled per-engagement in the EQR tab).

Dashboard Layout

Tabs

The dashboard has two tabs:

  • Policies — Quality management policies mapped to ISQM 1 components
  • Findings — Quality monitoring findings with severity and remediation tracking

Adding a Policy

Click Add Policy to open the policy form:

Overdue Detection

A policy is flagged as overdue when:

  • last_review_date + (review_frequency_months × 30 days) < today
  • The overdue count drives the Overdue Reviews KPI card

Logging a Finding

Click Log Finding to open the finding form:

Finding Cards

Each finding card shows: title, description, severity badge, status badge, responsible person, due date (highlighted red if overdue), and remediation action.

Filters

  • Search — Free text across policy titles, owners, and finding titles
  • Component filter (Policies tab only) — Filter by ISQM 1 component
