Getting started in five steps
- Create your practice -- Sign up and select Tax Practice as your firm type during the onboarding wizard.
- Import your clients -- Use the entity import tool to upload your client base with SARS tax reference numbers, registration numbers, and financial year-end dates.
- Configure the compliance calendar -- Review the auto-generated obligation templates. The calendar pre-populates deadlines per entity based on entity type and tax year.
- Connect Gmail -- Link your practice email in the Smart Inbox settings. AtlasOS begins triaging incoming mail immediately.
- Set up your team -- Invite team members, assign roles (Partner, Account Manager, Staff), and allocate entity portfolios.
Shared platform features
Many features in AtlasOS work identically across all practice types. For detailed documentation on shared modules, refer to the Accounting docs:
Bookkeeping or general accounting? If your practice also handles monthly processing or full-service accounting, see the Bookkeeping docs or the Accounting docs.
