Managing Donors​

In AtlasOS, Donors are managed using the core Entities system, but the interface is customized for Nonprofit terminology.

  • Institutional Donors: Track companies or foundations as corporate entities.
  • Individual Donors: Track private individuals and link them to their respective households or organizations.

Tracking Engagement​

  • Smart Inbox Integration: All email communications with donors are automatically synced and logged under their profile history.
  • Donation History: Track pledge amounts, fulfilled donations, and generate Section 18A tax certificates directly from the entity view.
  • Notes & Tasks: Log interactions, phone calls, and assign follow-up tasks to your team to nurture donor relationships.
