Compliance Bodies

SAPC — South African Pharmacy Council

The SAPC is the statutory regulatory body for all pharmacies and pharmacists in South Africa. AtlasOS tracks:

  • Annual pharmacy licence renewals
  • Pharmacist registration and CPD requirements
  • Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) compliance

DOH — Department of Health

The DOH oversees public health standards and pharmaceutical regulation. AtlasOS tracks:

  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) inspection schedules
  • Schedule-based dispensing compliance
  • Controlled substance reporting deadlines

SARS — South African Revenue Service

  • VAT filing deadlines (where applicable)
  • Income tax obligations
  • Customs duties for imported pharmaceutical products

DOL — Department of Labour

  • Labour compliance and workplace safety
  • UIF and SDL contributions
  • Occupational health and safety inspections
