Time & Billing covers the operational and commercial flow from recorded work through to WIP review and invoicing.

How It Works

Record Time → Review / Approve → Generate Invoice → Send → Receive Payment

Time Entry Flow

  1. Record — staff logs time against the relevant entity, project, task, or service
  2. Review — managers review entries for accuracy
  3. Approve — approved time becomes billable WIP
  4. Invoice — generate an invoice from approved time
  5. Send — email the invoice to the client
  6. Pay — record payment when received

From the sidebar:

  • Time & WIP — operational time capture, approvals, WIP, and reports
  • Billing — manage invoices and payments
