Time & Billing covers the operational and commercial flow from recorded work through to WIP review and invoicing.

How It Works
Record Time → Review / Approve → Generate Invoice → Send → Receive Payment
Time Entry Flow
- Record — staff logs time against the relevant entity, project, task, or service
- Review — managers review entries for accuracy
- Approve — approved time becomes billable WIP
- Invoice — generate an invoice from approved time
- Send — email the invoice to the client
- Pay — record payment when received
