Usage Notes
- When the documentation refers to "entities," your interface displays Departments.
- When the documentation refers to "engagements," your interface displays Change Requests.
- Security Policies replaces the compliance calendar found in accounting verticals. You will not see statutory obligation types (VAT, PAYE, etc.) in this vertical.
- The Fleet & Devices sidebar group is unique to IT verticals and houses RMM+, asset lifecycle, and security posture functionality. It is expanded by default for quick access.
- The Service Desk group combines support tickets, task management, and calendar scheduling — the core of day-to-day IT operations.
- Many sidebar groups found in other verticals (Revenue, Documents, Outreach) do not appear in this vertical due to disabled modules.
