Secure Payslip Distribution

Stop sending unprotected PDFs over email or WhatsApp. AtlasOS uses the Client Portal mechanism to safely share payroll reports.

Secure Distribution​

When processing is complete, upload the batch of payslips to the Employer's vault.

  • Use Smart Inbox Broadcasts to send an alert to all active employees.
  • The email simply contains a secure link asking them to log into the portal.

Document Vault Restrictions​

Employees can only see their individual payslips. The employer (director) can view all compliance reports (EMP201s, etc.) and overall payroll summaries.
