Statutory Deadlines & CIPC Tracking

AtlasOS's compliance engine auto-generates CIPC and statutory filing deadlines for every company entity. In the Corp Sec vertical, the sidebar labels these as Filing Deadlines under the Statutory Compliance group.

How the Due Date is Determined

AtlasOS calculates the annual return due date based on the entity's date of incorporation:

  • The filing window opens in the anniversary month of incorporation
  • Due date is the last business day of the anniversary month
  • Last-business-day logic accounts for weekends and public holidays

No manual configuration is needed — the system uses the entity's incorporation date captured during setup.
