Solo Practitioner on AtlasOS

AtlasOS for Solo Practitioner (solo_practitioner) is a streamlined configuration designed for individual professionals working alone or with a small assistant. The key difference: soloMode is true, which changes the default landing view to Focus, disables team-oriented UI, and strips the sidebar down to essentials.

Key Differences from Accounting Layout

  • No Entity Groups, Account Manager (unnecessary for a solo practice)
  • No Audit & Quality group
  • No Practice Intelligence, Activity Log
  • Retains Projects, Workflows, Persons, Financial Reports (unlike other extended verticals)
  • Sales CRM is OFF by default — Quotes, Proposals, Pipeline hidden unless sales module enabled in Settings

Focus View

The Focus view is a personal dashboard showing:

  • Today's tasks — Due today and overdue, sorted by priority
  • Upcoming deadlines — Next 7 days of compliance obligations
  • Priority inbox — Top unread/urgent emails from Smart Inbox
  • WIP summary — Unbilled hours and revenue at a glance

This replaces the standard Dashboard which is designed for practice-wide oversight across multiple team members.
