Smart Inbox

AI-powered email triage, client routing, and task creation from incoming emails. This is your primary communication tool in solo mode, replacing the need for broadcasts.

Documents

Document management, templates, client-uploaded files, and secure document sharing via the Client Portal.

AI Advisory & AI Agents

AI-powered workflow assistance, intelligent triage, and autonomous task execution. AI Agents are fully available in solo mode and can monitor deadlines, triage emails, and assist with document processing.

Dashboard

Practice-wide KPIs, performance metrics, and at-a-glance health indicators. In solo mode, the default landing is the Focus view rather than the standard Dashboard.

Practice Administration

Practice settings, integration management, and billing configuration. Team management features are hidden in solo mode.

Client Portal

Secure portal for clients to upload documents, view compliance status, access invoices, and complete onboarding forms.

Note: While the linked documentation uses terminology from the accounting vertical and assumes a multi-user team, the underlying functionality is identical. AtlasOS automatically applies solo mode adjustments and your vertical's terminology throughout the interface.
